- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts and have sales on holidays. Refer a friend and if hired you get $20 off your next project For large projects we will do a walk through and then give you a bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer makes contact we do everything in our power to make your project a reality. If you have concerns we address them, we never ignore our clients and always address any of your concerns. Scott will help you walk through all the steps needed to complete a project. We treat your house like it was our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years apprenticeship with a contractor Math, structure, and code education 5 years industrial work with local 16 Taught carpentry from a master.
