At Alpha Cleaning DFW, we believe in honest, transparent pricing—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every quote is customized based on the size of your home, its current condition, and the level of cleaning requested. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing because every home is unique. Our first visit is often recommended as a deep cleaning to establish a spotless baseline. After that, our recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services are significantly more affordable since the home is consistently maintained. We also offer discounts for recurring service, referrals, and bundled services whenever possible. Our goal is to provide exceptional value while delivering the highest quality cleaning in the DFW area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. 1. We learn about your home, business, and cleaning goals. 2. We provide a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. 3. We schedule a convenient appointment that works for you. 4. Our team arrives on time with professional equipment and supplies (or we can use yours if preferred). 5. We complete the cleaning with careful attention to detail. 6. Before we leave, we make sure you’re completely satisfied. For recurring clients, we also keep notes about your preferences so every visit is consistent and personalized. Our goal isn’t just to clean once—we want to become the cleaning company you never have to worry about replacing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives ongoing training in professional cleaning techniques, proper chemical usage, sanitation procedures, organization, and safe cleaning practices. More importantly, we have hands-on experience cleaning everything from apartments and family homes to luxury properties, Airbnb turnovers, offices, and move-in/move-out cleanings. We continuously improve our processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results every time we visit your home or business.
