- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat fee dependent on the service level you choose, the complexity of your wedding and which lead planner you select. Because of this, we list a starting price for our service levels on our website, but give an exact quote during your free initial consultation. We also give discounts based on the amount of planning you might have accomplished on your own and if you wish to pay in full when engaging our services. Please contact us to find out more and to set up a consultation to get your exact quote. We do offer evening consultations upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our planners have all received training through the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners. (Check out www.aacwp.org.) We are active members and receive continuous education at their monthly meetings and special events. We are a member of the Society of Wedding Professionals, plus we frequently attend educational events with industry associations, such as the National Association for Catering and Events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The number one reason couples engage a wedding planner is to help execute their wedding day. Some planners provide "day of" or "month of" service to accommodate this. Our clients choose our Final Details package as we include a little more than the standard "month of". We start right away by providing advice and vendor referrals up front so you are able to plan well, then we can come in and execute your excellent plans, making the entire process easier and so both of you, your families and your wedding party can enjoy the wedding day instead of working it.
