Had a very pleasant experience with Sharpline, showed up on time, made sure the job site was thoroughly inspected before providing an estimate and explained all that was done after work completion.

Scott was extremely nice and informative. Explained everything in detail and was in-and-out very quickly. The entire area looked cleaner when he left. :) Highly recommend!

We have had our dryer ventcleaned out by sharp line. It was crazy how much lint and nastiness came out. We had it cleaned less than a year ago. I highly recommend that it’s done every six months after seeing what came out of our vent. It’s also great that when we dry our clothes now they come out dry so much quicker and seem cleaner!
While Scott was there he also offered a chimney clean out service. He did a great and thorough job and was very careful not to get dirt on the stone hearth.
Would highly recommend Scott and Sharpline service for any chimney or dryer vent needs!

Scott with Sharpline Service came out and did a very thorough job cleaning both our dryer vent and our chimney. It was surprising to see the condition it had been in! I would highly recommend Sharpline Service and will be using them again for regular maintenance!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Top Service tries to keep our pricing below the current market for our industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we make first contact with each customer we want to make sure we are understanding exactly what service they are needing. We then get them set up on the schedule. We call the the day before the appointment to confirm and we have our technician call while in route to confirm. When arriving at the customers house each technician will greet the customer and wears shoe covers while in the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On Top Service is fully trained in Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney & Fireplace Inspection, Chimney & Fireplace Cleaning.
