Very professional and punctual. Quality of work is superb. I had some difficult pieces to hang but it was no problem for Ace Proficient. Love that they do a number of other installations. I will definitely use them again.

He installed four very large canvas prints with precision and added gallery lights over each one, transforming the entire space into something that feels like an art exhibit. Samual and his mate did an incredibly beautiful job hanging a number of large and heavy works of art for us. Everything looks so perfect. They were very professional and communicative when they were spacing the pictures. I will be calling the company again, for sure.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services have flat pricing, in case there is an uncommon project we will send one of our technician with deductible inspection fee.
Once someone uses Ace Proficient, they will have discounts on every next service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a new customer, we will get your information and we will set the appointment based on your preferences. You will pay the service fee whenever you are satisfied with the project. Make sure to ask for any changes or additional requests before the tech leaves your location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background-checked with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman services. We have regional supervisors in every location in order to maintain high quality in our team of technicians.
