Performance Painting painted some new built-ins for us and re-stained our mantle and bannister. Will, the owner, was extremely responsive which is why I ultimately ended up choosing them to do the project. He was not the cheapest option but he answered all of my questions immediately and was able to get me scheduled quickly. I was waiting days, if not weeks, to get responses from other companies, and Will always answered me within minutes. Jeff, the project manager, was communicative, made sure the team had everything they need, and make sure I was satisfied with the results throughout the whole project. Isidro and Angie did a wonderful job painting and staining. They made sure I liked the colors I chose after they started painting, they cleaned up all the sand/dust from re-staining, and they were minimally intrusive for a project that size. I will definitely use them again next time we need something painted.

As a Realtor your reputation is on the line when you refer contractors to complete a job to meet final inspection/appraisal conditions. When I spoke with Brad who appeared extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I explained to him my situation and his scope of work met the Owners needs so I decided to hire the company within my tight deadline. There was chipping paint that needed to be addressed to meet FHA guidelines. I was told they would power wash, prime and paint on the date that we agreed 4/1. Well the painter showed up and JUST painted the garage over the peeling pain without power washing or priming. This was a total disappointment and embarrassment after my client called me to ask if anyone had come to paint the garage because it appeared incomplete. I called Brad and his reply was "Essentially we've done what we said we were going to do" ..Excuse me essential is doing what is necessary .. I actually need to close a on a house Sir. Now I am left scrambling to figure out how to fix this mess before the final inspection to close on this home...I am not Happy at All
