I gave Harry my old Acer which was crippled from overheating issues -- he found a way to bring it up long enough to capture all of my personal files and data. I also gave him a new Asus which was technically out of warranty at 54 weeks from purchase but he called Asus and determined that Best Buy had submitted the purchase-receipt to Asus 3 weeks after the purchase and so Asus honored the Best Buy upload date (51 weeks prior) and replaced a damaged motherboard that otherwise would have run some $300 to repair. Harry took care of the whole thing including shipping and receiving the laptop and just charged me the cost of shipping -- he said he did this because he sensed I was distressed about two laptops gone bad leaving me with nearly nothing in the way of PCs. He also mentored me about cooling pads and how running a laptop hot can affect the motherboard and the disk controller and he installed software to show me the core temperature and fan speeds so I always knew my internal fans were working. Harry did all of this at a very difficult personal time in my life and his effort and kindness were most appreciated.
