Timika was nothing short of exceptional! We were very specific about what we wanted in our new home, and she delivered beyond expectations—she found us a house within an hour of it hitting the market, and we had an offer accepted within 24 hours!

Timika knows her way around DFW. I had a very large area we were willing to move to, and she was able to give great feedback and great options. She was not pushy, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she continually checked in to ensure we had what we needed. She made our process moving from out of state a lot smoother than I could have anticipated. I will definitely use her in the future.
