- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based by size of your pool and chemicals needed. There could be other factors that change cost such as repairs needed, filter cleans, out of date equipment, and how often service is needed. We will always schedule a time to meet and give you an in person quote before any service start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting an idea of what they need. If they are happy so am I
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning from peers and taking extra classes online.
