- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have three tiers of services including month of, partial planning, and full planning. We also have an à la cart menu to add on where necessary or desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get through this initial quote process, we like to either meet in person or speak on the phone to really detail out the needs and create a more formal proposal for consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rachael has been planning weddings and events for 17 years and Karen recently got her certified wedding planner certification from AACWP and is working towards becoming a Master Wedding Planner.
