Latest Review: David was the first person to notice a problem in my right hip and leg, brought on by a bad injury I had as a child. I had "babied" the right side of my body for years, ever since the injury when I was 12, which led over time to severe back spasms in my late 30s. David had me meet with a physical therapist to confirm my right leg was sufficiently longer than the left, leading to the constant "off-balance" in my walking. That was the cause of my back pain, and the reason why I wasn't performing my exercises properly. David worked with me to "retrain" my hip and leg to perform exercises properly, which stopped the back spasms. I've not had back spasms since David worked with me to fix the issue. He is incredibly observant about the little details that make the difference between just getting some exercise, vs. getting quality exercise and weight training that makes a significant difference in your quality of life. David is also a pleasure to work with, and knows how to cleverly coach you into accomplishing more than you thought you were capable!
