Introduction: Hey, my name is Donovan and I’m your new Health Coach/Personal Trainer. Most call me Sensei because my interests in the Martial Arts. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach for 3 Years. Set apart from modern “scientific” fitness and exercise science, I embrace more of a holistic approach to overall health, centered around the principle of Chi. Chi is the life force energy that resides within every living thing on earth. You feel the difference in levels of qi/chi when you walk into a Chic Fil A or McDonalds as opposed to a park, beach, or natural environment where the life force energy (qi) is much higher.
Most people think of high energy in terms of fast pace environments and fake smiles where people are often miserable, anxious, or depressed underneath the disguise. Let me explain how this pertains to your training/health program.
I emphasize a holistic approach (Emotional, Mental, and Physical) in fitness and overall health! We all have an emotional body, mental body, and physical body. In other words, how we feel physically corresponds to how we think and feel emotionally and mentally. I provide you with a workout/health program that not only helps you reach your goals but also enlivens you with a new sense of energy and overall health improvement. To date, I’ve helped several individuals increase their energy levels, decrease stress levels, lose weight, gain muscle and strength, and learn about ideal eating habits
