We discovered that we had a drainage problem in the backyard in the middle of a project to install artificial turf. The artificial turf installation had to be paused while we dealt with the small lake that developed. We reached out to several companies for estimates on a French drain project, and Rockets Irrigation & Construction was the first to respond - and the first who had availability to give us an estimate. Jesus arrived the following day as scheduled - was even 30 minutes early and apologized for being early. (When does that happen?!) We found him to be professional and knowledgeable and felt very comfortable giving him the work. He and his team arrived as scheduled and got to work. They worked quickly and completed the project in half a day.
We could barely tell the crew had been there (in the part of the yard where they had to remove and replace some St. Augustine grass). They connected the new French drain to an existing French drain that drains to the street. We were able to complete the turf project and everything looks great.
In addition to installing the new French drain, he connected a couple of existing drains to the new French drain, dramatically improving the drainage in our yard.
And the drain worked perfectly - it rained more than 3 inches over the weekend following project completion, and the drain worked perfectly. No more lake in the backyard!
We were so pleased with Jesus and Rockets Irrigation & Construction that we will absolutely call him again when we’re ready to replace the old French drain and also to replace our fence. We recommend him without hesitation.

Jesus did a very thorough job fixing all our sprinklers. We had a zone that didn't fire at all due to a leak at one of the heads. He had to re-route the lines due to tree roots, this ended up being a big job digging the new path. We also had zones that weren't getting coverage so he added a few new heads and replace some existing ones. We would definitely recommend. In fact, he's headed to my dad's house soon to fix his sprinklers.
