As a Property Manager for over 400 properties. I have experienced many different vendors. I hired Steve Sanford to handle a re-tile of a shower in the master bath. Steve did a fantastic job and used all proper materials for wet areas. He was very quick and very precise. All tiles were evenly matched and properly spaced. He is very meticulous. I defiantly will be working with Steve again when I have another tile job available.
