What a great group of people and what a great buying experience. Everything went so smooth. I did not expect to have such an easy hot tub buying experience. We purchased our hot tub from Amazon Hot Tubs about 2 years ago, and the experience has been fantastic from day one. Just recently, I had an issue where the breaker tripped and the tub hadnt been running for about 2 weeks. I discovered this on a Friday while getting ready for a cookout and swimming party with family. The water was cloudy, and every time I tried to reset the breaker, it would trip again.I called Amazon Hot Tubs and explained my dilemma, and without hesitation, they fit me into their busy schedule. A technician came out the very same day, fixed the tub, and even refilled it with clean waterall before our company arrived.They truly went above and beyond to save our swimming party. Excellent service, fast response, and they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Amazon Hot Tubs!

Amazon pools and especially Yani have been beyond amazing. This is our first year having a pool and Im always loaded with questions.
