If you are looking for great ballon decor you have come across the perfect company. I booked Designs by JRose for my sons 2 years old birthday party. Quick response for booking. I sent the owner my idea/theme for the party, she provided all the supplies and service at a very reasonable price. Decor came out perfect. I will be booking again with her very soon and recommending others.
