We hired Cocktail Burners for a small party and selected the medium sizes for apps, proteins, and sides. I truly appreciate Marcus's availability in answering all of my questions too.
He arrived well ahead of the party to setup and make sure I was comfortable with all of the selections. Now to the easy part - the food was DELICIOUS. Everyone kept complimenting how tasty everything was! There wasn’t much food left after everyone left. The best compliment a chef can receive in my opinion.

Chef Marcus did a spectacular job for a dinner party at my home. My guests couldn’t stop raving how delicious the food was. I appreciate his open line of communication throughout the whole booking process. I will most definitely be using Cocktail Burners for my next event.
