My name Tiffany GetItGirl , I am a certified personal trainer and NPC Women's Figure competitor. I understand that losing weight, gaining muscle and overall improving your health can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome any obstacles so that we can reach those goals together. If you are looking a accountability partner and a pusher I am the trainer for you. I do On-line training as well as 5am group fitness and 1 on 1 sessions.
