- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the food and beverage industry for many years. The last 5 years I have worked on yachts and do freelance work. When I am in Texas I like meeting new people and working as a personal chef. Cooking from the heart is what I enjoy most and what I do best so it just made sense to get into this line of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers ranging from Vegan to those with Dietary restrictions due to health concerns to those who are on a nutritional regimen by choice. And of course I have worked with numerous clients who just want a fabulous meal for themselves or entertaining to impress.
