Our daughter and son in law arranged to have Sandra come to our home to cook dinner for Mother's Day. The dinner was wonderful and so very tasty. Sandra presented us with a four course meal that was to die for, what made it even more enjoyable is that, not only can cook, she has a wonderful personality and is very professional. I can honestly say I have never had crab cakes that tasted so good. She seemed so comfortable in a strange kitchen and came prepared with everything to required to complete this wonderful meal. When she presented us with dessert, home made cheese cake, the kitchen was completely cleaned, pots/pans scrubbed and then she quietly departed. All we had to do was turn on the dishwasher. I would highly recommend her and have already to my friends. The whole experience was something that we will remember for a very long time. There is nothing that I would change, as we feel the evening was perfect as was the food and her presentation, first class all the way

Chef Sandra is simply amazing! I wanted to hire a Chef to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with a few friends and no worries for me. She took the time to listen to all the likes and dislikes my husband has and came up with THE perfect menu! We all feasted on crab stuffed mushrooms, seared Ahi on Wontons, coconut shrimp and an asparagus tart - and that was just the Hors D'Oeuvres! By the way, all the sauces she made were beyond delicious! I was embarrassed at the way we were all eating like we'd never fabulous food before, and to a certain extent, that was true! She made a delicious whitefish Ceviche as an appetizer and then we feasted on the main course - Marinated grilled NY strips, yummy and wonderfully prepared vegetables and potatoes. The whole meal was amazing start to finish and we can't thank her enough for all her hard work. We plan on asking her to come back for my birthday - I've never been so looking forward to a birthday before! I loved the ease she had in the kitchen and with all the guests. She's simply fantastic and I highly recommend her. Don't bother looking anywhere else - hire her now and you've hired the BEST! Thank you so much Chef Sandra for making our party absolutely amazing!

Sandra Campos was the personal chef for a small dinner party I hosted in July, 2016. I found the entire experience to be just as pleasant as I had hoped. She arrived as scheduled with most of her prep work completed. We had previously agreed on a menu of Chilean Sea Bass with risotto and asparagus, flatbread with feta cheese, a fresh green salad, cream of artichoke soup and a tartlet trio for dessert. Everything was prepared fresh by Sandra, primarily in my home. My guests were delighted to watch the progress of her work during the evening. All of us declared the food to be one of the best meals we had ever had. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. I will use her again in the near future and for many other occasions…

What an awesome experience!!!!! Sandra was so professional and an amazing chef!!! The food was to die for my mom said. I hired Sandra for a mothersday present for my mom and she showed up with flowered and a meal to fit my parents perfectly and after there was no clean up left for my parents. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the food and beverage industry for many years. The last 5 years I have worked on yachts and do freelance work. When I am in Texas I like meeting new people and working as a personal chef. Cooking from the heart is what I enjoy most and what I do best so it just made sense to get into this line of work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types of customers ranging from Vegan to those with Dietary restrictions due to health concerns to those who are on a nutritional regimen by choice. And of course I have worked with numerous clients who just want a fabulous meal for themselves or entertaining to impress.
