First of all I was intrigued by the name. It was different and I liked that. Then I was pleased to find out this is a small independent business which I prefer to a soulless corporate entity. I gave Frank a run for his money. What should have been a simple international flight with 2 pets became a huge problem with the airlines. However Frank stuck it out. Although it took longer than expected (not his fault) he was able to finally get me booked. He even made a special trip to the airport to handle the situation. You don't get that kind of service from most corporations.
