From the moment I joined the iBody facility and their outstanding training staff I knew this was the place to be! Each person is treated with respect, given encouragement, and uplifted to attain any goal they set for themselves in the fitness world. The facility is very well organized and clean, all the equipment in working order, and the staff is well versed in all area of fitness. I was very reluctant at first to join forces with a new facility and trainer but after six months this is my new home in the fitness community. Anyone looking for a reliable and well trained staff needs to look no further. I do not regret making iBody and their training team my fitness gurus!

Patience is the essential to a good client-trainer relationship. I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. My very first day was not a show and tell of the gym or about how much weight I could lose. Zach actually took the time to assess my body to familiarize my needs for exercise, diet, and training. Zach will find comfortable pace for each client based on your progression rate. Zach’s attention to detail is phenomenal. Zach focuses on ensuring the correct body positions when lifting to ensure not only proper lifting, but safe lifting to prevent injury. Zach concentrates on all areas of your body and helps you create and helps you create achievable goals that help you strive to achieve them. Zach communicates his knowledge in a manner that clients understand and he is ready available to answer any of your questions at any hour of the day. Zach’s training sessions are fun, he provides you with motivation to show up ready train hard, and encourages throughout your session to make you train beyond your normal capabilities. Tres is an awesome trainer! He always exceeds my expectations with training sessions/diet plans designed specifically for my personal goals. He pushes you in a very encouraging way and praises you for hitting your goals. You don't often find a trainer who truly cares. This has been a very positive experience for me and look forward to continuing my training with him.

Ruby is awesome! I have been training with her for nine months now and I am getting great results. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the body, nutrition and physical training. She listens and understands what you want and formulates "step ladder" goals to get there. Ruby is a very motivated person and makes reaching those goals fun. She expects the best from you, which I totally appreciate. I would not want anything less. I see us going way past my end goal. I wouldn't trade Ruby for a fully paid gym membership. I would never get the results I am getting now. I feel great physically and mentally!
When I first met Mr. Trule I was 20 lbs over my ideal weight. I had been working out on my own and just going through the motions. I was working out but I wasn't "working out". I had paid so called trainers in the past and was reluctant to give Trule the time of day. Turned out he wasn't all talk...in fact, I told Trule if he wanted me to give him a chance he had to abide by one rule. If we talk during our sessions it would be strictly business; meaning what is the next exercise and what does it accomplish. I told Trule of my past experiences with so called trainers. They were more interested in trying to up-sell my gym membership and we spent more time talking about their personal problems then we did training. Trule honored my request and gave me the workouts and motivation I did not think was possible from a trainer. Trule helped me reach and surpass my goals and he earned my respect. I eventually started asking Trule about his past and future goals and really connected, improving our trainer/client relationship. I highly recommend his services if you are lucky enough to be living in his market area.

Dubs was everything I could have asked for in a personal trainer ! My boyfriend and I decided to start working out together, and even though we were at different fitness levels, Dubs made the weekly training sessions effective and challenging for both of us. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, whether it meant switching our the time, the day or the location of our training. He has a great personality and definitely knows his stuff !

I have been training with Janelle more than 4 years now. She puts time into customizing a work out for me working around all of my injuries and muscle weakness. She pushes me into doing more than I ever would on my own. She is confident and extremely competent as a trainer but because of her work as a certified MAT Professional she is able to catch future injuries and keep me strong.

Amber became my personal trainer almost two years ago, after I hit my highest weight two years after having my son. I was sick of people assuming I was 7 months pregnant all the time. Amber has been amazing to work with. She's a very sweet person who is all about building you and your confidence up. She's helped me reach my weight loss goal and to continually set the bar higher for myself with my fitness and training. Absolutely love her, and would recommend her to anyone. ☺

I have been doing fitness and martial arts training with John Holt at The Academy for about 5 months now, and I have benefitted GREATLY from his instruction. John is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and martial arts. He designs fun and challenging exercise programs from a diverse and extensive repertoire of exercises that emphasize compound, functional movements. John has 7 black belts in a variety of martial arts - Muay Thai, Kali, Silat, Jun Fan, Jeet Kune Do, Grappling, and Boxing. Training in martial arts has increased my confidence, body awareness and coordination, as well as situational awareness. I take the train to work downtown, so I regularly encounter disgruntled people with little to lose. After training Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kali, I now feel much more prepared to defend myself if I were to be attacked. I also have more confidence walking down the street.
