I’m Coach AJ, founder of Rent Free Athletics. I’m a husband, dad, and I work a full-time job so I coach the way I actually live: real workouts and nutrition that fit around a busy schedule, not a fantasy that falls apart by week two.
I help people lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, and get their energy back without living in the gym. Whether you want in person training in the DFW area or online coaching from anywhere, you get a plan built around your life, your schedule, and your goals plus real accountability so you actually follow through.
My pricing is flat and transparent. No “five spots left” pressure, no upsells, no fluff. Just honest coaching from someone who’s been where you are and knows how to get you where you want to go.
