I've been working out with Jonas for several months now and have really enjoyed it. Prior to this, I'd just done cardio and never really seen my body change much except for dieting. Obviously dieting is still important, but the training I'm getting has really firmed me up and made me look better than diet alone can. As a beginner at weights, Jonas was great at not pushing me so hard I was scared off, but still challenges me months later. He's always been professional and works with me to make sure our appointment times work.
I have just started my third camp with Josh Hodnett as the trainer. Im already stronger and have more endurance. Josh is very welcoming to new campers but not too overwhelming. His class always starts on time and you dont stop moving for the entire hour. Josh is eager to share his passion for fitness and to share his knowledge about nutrition and stretching. Josh has a good command over the class and is able to adapt workouts for large or small groups. He doesnt hesitate to offer form corrections but is always supportive and encouraging. Josh is an excellent trainer. His class is tough but I highly recommend this class to all fitness levels. Each class combines fat-burning cardio with muscle-building strength training exercises. You will not resist making healthy lifestyle changes while working with Josh!
Christyn is the most positive and inspiring trainer I've ever had. She pushes me and challenges me but also makes my workouts so much fun. She gets super pumped for the changes I'm making and finds new ways to motivate me everytime. I just love that I never have the same workout. She's always tweaking and adding new stuff in.
Before the arthritis got so bad in my hip I was in Melissa's pilates class at the Watauga rec center. I am not as flexible as most of the others in the class, but she never criticized or made me feel uncomfortable in the class and encouraged me to keep going. You will enjoy her class and know you have had a great workout at the end of it.
I had been working out at Fit For Life for over a year with mild results before David and I started working out to get serious results for an upcoming wedding I was in.
