SILVER WATER DID A GREAT JOB! Silver Water did a deep clean on a house I have on the market. I had another company clean the house and was never satisfied with their work. Silver Water listened to the particulars I needed included in the house cleaning, and did a thorough job with great attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the work they have done. I will use them again.
The Cleaning Angels did an outstanding job on my home today! I am more than happy with their work! I have hired many housekeepers who have not touched on every detail like they did. I would highly Recommend them to any home or business looking for a house cleaner! Oh- not to mention, when I got home I noticed a beautiful flower plant sitting on my kitchen island with their business card stuck inside ! They really do care about their clients. I will definitely be calling them again!
Let's start with arguably the most descriptive single word to describe the level of detail, the professionalism, the organization and of course the output, which is DETAILED cleanliness of our home... that word is WOW! We have used housecleaning services for over 20 years and in all parts of the country. I can with 100% honestly state no person or company has done a better job than Tia and her team. She texted us the morning of the appointment to ensure that our plans had not changed and that they would be here timely. Appointment was for 9am and she and her team rang our doorbell at 8:52. Her team consisted of her and her husband Cory. There were 3 additional cleaners; Dominique, Kelly and Whitney. When they arrived she went over a checklist to ensure that everything we wanted/needed was included in the deep clean. When I say that Tia is organized both from a professional perspective and detai orientation... it would be an understatement. They did an extraordinary job. Nothing more could possibly have been expected. They are reasonably priced and customer service was OUTSTANDING! I work in a very customer centric industry and I can state with all sincerity her customer service rates a 10 of 10. The cleanliness and thouroghness is also a 10 of 10. She also did a complete walk through with us at the end of the job to make sure nothing was left wanting. We thought all was perfect but she noticed that only the interior glass had been cleaned on one of our back doors she asked Dominique to hit the outside of the glass in that door. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Angel helped me so much with organzing my laundry room, master closet and bathroom. She has great ideas and made my rooms so organized and spacious that I now love my closet. She will be helping me with more projects soon.
Very professional, punctual, and reliable company. I had Vanessa do a move in clean for me. The house had a lot work needed as it has been recently remodeled. When she was finished, I was not there to inspect her work. When I told her that I was unsatisfied, she was very professional and offered to come back for a touch up. Her demeanor was positive and willing which is hard come by these days when you tell someone you are dissatisfied with their work. Honestly, there was a lot dust and debris from the construction that I wasn't aware of. Either way, she came by and did a great touch up and even offered a discount for the next service. I have had my homes cleaned by numerous cleaning companies for 10+ years. Never have I had someone so curteous and genuine about their work performance in this industry. I will be using her again and would highly recommend her to clean your home.

Crystal did an outstanding job at my property. She went above and beyond my expectations. She took over the cleaning of our house after the remodeling project was completed and she even set up the property and organized everything exactly the way I requested it for the photographer to take pictures. While my husband and I were out of state, we communicated with Crystal via cell phone and text messages and she even sent me some photos once she completed her work. She is a very hard worker who pays attention to details. Crystal offers a personal service, which I like very much since I didn't want to deal with a big cleaning company. She is bonded and registered with the County of Galveston and her prices are reasonable. I am very grateful and proud to have her as our housekeeper for our vacation rental business. I highly recommend Crystal for her experience, professionalism, excellent work, honesty, and reliability.
Marlon was wonderful. He was running late but kept me apprised on when he would be here. He and James cleared out my storage unit taking care of all my stuff and unloaded it all at my house in my garage and taking special care to leave me enough room so I could get my car in there also. I would highly recommend Marlon. I will certainly call him again if I have the need.

Conrad has come to my rescue on numerous occasions. He is so versatile that besides his incredible event planning skills which I have yet to engage him for, he can move furniture for me and for friends. He really gets kudos for washing out my attached garage after Hurricane Harvey. He went out and bought the supplies for me as well as bringing his personal equipment. He always goes above and beyond in his service. I heartily recommend him. And he is just a great guy to be around!
After putting in hardwood floors throughout my house I needed help organizing my home office along with everything else that had been displaced with the flooring change. Lisa talked with me about my goals, vision, scope of the project and timeline. She quickly send me an estimate and we began working on my home office. She was so wonderful to work with that we then went on to my laundry room/pantry, craft room/sewing room, upstairs game room, master closet and garage. She helped me design a master closet renovation that has been completed. Lisa is professional, efficient, punctual, honest, reliable and very good at what she does. Once we finished organizing my house I missed having her over in my home. I highly recommend Lisa for all your organizing needs.
I initially contacted Karla about help with organization on a Wednesday, she was prompt with her response to my inquiry and had scheduled my appointment in matter of minutes. She came on Saturday at 9 a.m. as scheduled, she was timely and very professional. I needed help with my kitchen she got to work right away. She sorted the pantry, and looked in all my cabinets and drawers to assess my situation. After her assessment, she got the appropriate containers, separators, organization tools needed to proceed. She worked on the kitchen all day and her finished product is immaculate. She is very personable, and kind. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I love her work! The attached pictures do her work no justice! I would have never thought to organize the kitchen the way she did, she added better functionality to my space. We needed our house cleaned before moving back into our Home after Hurricane Harvey. We also needed the house we were leasing “move out clean”. In addition, if all went well we were looking for ongoing cleaning services. I received numerous responses to our needs. LoneStar Complete Services stood out to me based on their profile. I got quick and immediate responses all the time. The test is as the actual service and they were great! Better than that they were FANTASTIC. Everybody should seek out their services. Veronica is awesome and so is her friend. They cleaned up the house nicely and when it was too late the first day, Veronica promptly returned the next day to complete the cabinets and other pending areas. Highly recommend.
