I made an appointment with Mike to give me a quote on travertine flooring. While he was at my house he noticed that I have a pool and offered his pool services to me. We were just moving in so thought we would use them temporarily for about a month until we were settled. I called Crystal to set this service up. They charged my credit card for a whole month of service. They were scheduled to come out the next day for the cleaning. I got a call from Crystal the next day canceling because there was a schedule conflict and that they would start next week. I told her that this was actually a very large problem for us because we need the services right now, we were already behind on the cleaning. My husband took over the cleaning since we were going to have to wait a week to get started so we canceled their service. They haven't refunded us....never cleaned our pool...won't return calls....won't return emails....and no refund! Horrible way to do business!
