From the start, Justin was extremely responsive. Out of everyone I reached out to he provided the most information and responded the quickest. As first time home buyers, we wanted to ensure that we could trust the inspection of whoever we hired. Not only did Justin throughly inspect and take his time looking at everything but we asked a lot of questions and he happily answered all of them without us feeling like the questions we asked were silly. He listened to our concerns and went above and beyond. He sent the report over to us in under 30 minutes of the inspection being done. We will be contacting him again for our 11 month inspection. I was provided a very detailed inspection. I wish I had consulted this company for my initial home inspection upon closing. He is very customer oriented and addressed any current concerns. The inspection report was completed shortly upon completion in an electronic document. There is no doubt I received the very best inspection possible!

We had an amazing experience and highly recommend Texas Prime Inspections. We have a new build home, with the 1-year initial warranty running out in 4 months. Having our home inspected was a very wise decision. The work done was thorough, easy to read, and professionally presented. Do not hesitate if you are considering this business. Update 5/10/24 - Based on the thorough inspection performed, our builder reviewed and repaired EVERY item on the inspection list, even the 'nice to have' items. There were no less than 65 items identified. Again, we cannot thank Texas Prime Inspections enough for their high-quality work as we would not have known what to look for, let alone all the corrections needing to be completed that were found. It is nice to have found a company that not only does great work, but goes above and beyond!
