"frank, plumbing is not cheap, it's hard to trust someone you don't know, to do work under neath the slab of your house, to run pipes or to break walls; so you have to be really careful in selecting a plumber to work on your house. If you don't, a half-ass minor repair will result with a major leakage in the future. And by that time, who you gonna call? Ghost Busters? So choose carefully. I have a good feeling about David because he built his trust to me over a number of occasions from our meetings. David always call me "sir". I think this goes a long way because it represents professionalism. David pulled a permit for the plumbing, which is the right thing to do. To many others, don't go cheap on this. You need to pay for the permit and get the city inspector to inspect and ensure that the work being worked on your house is correct and up to code. After all, it is your house, it is your investment. Back to David, he always respond to a text or call. There was a time that David showed up and it rained, but he managed to put some good amount of work in, digging the trench, while soaking in the rain. I like that, it just shows responsibility and maintaining your promises in showing up and putting in the work. When the work is complete, David performed a "hydrostatic" test to ensure that there is no leaks. My previous foundation people did not even do that, they skimmed on this and said that they wanted to "save me money". At that time, I did not know what a hydrostatic test is. After speaking to David, I now learned what it is. So do a hydrostatic test, because it is your house. All in all, I'm happy with David's work. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors. If David build this, or has built this, tradition into his business, I have no doubt that he will be successful down the years. After all, in business, you gotta have trust.
