FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on customer needs. If it's a basic arrangement I will charge a little below industry standards. Customization usually is itemized, but overall I am usually the better value because of price and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer is key in my eye. I like to first meet and let them see who and what kind of person they will be potentially hiring to assist them on their need. Then, if we come to agreement on job, I would draw up contract to work out all the details of what's expected of my service and there financial obligations. Finally we start job and upon completion a final walk through is taken to make sure all aspects of contract are meet.
