Introduction
I'm a very patient person, which is something a lot of trainers lack. I've worked with clients who wanted to increase strength and were barely able to life the smallest dumbbells in the gym (3-5 lbers) to being able to increase that by 300% on the same exercises through proper progressive strength training. Being able to help people change their lives by doing something that I love and truly am passionate about. Watching clients results is also very motivating!

I began training with Brad at Bodyflex Gym in February of this year and six months later I have definitely seen results. I've substantially cut down on body fat, developed muscles, and lost about 10 pounds. Getting involved with a personal trainer made me nervous because I had never strength trained before and typically my exercise consisted of sports and cardio only. He made it extremely comfortable getting started and took the time to explain to me the purpose of certain lifting techniques and diet regimens. I typically train with him twice a week and he emails me step by step work outs focused on strengthening specific parts of my body for the other three days when I train on my own. He also provides me with a detailed diet using an iPhone app that helps me reach the amount of calories I need to consume in order to achieve weight loss. Don't get me wrong there were definitely days when I wavered and lost motivation but he would always encourage me to get back into it and that falling off can be a typical response. It is difficult to see substantial results in the first few months and my weight hasn't dropped too much but I definitely look much thinner and toned and get compliments often! Training with Brad can be really fun as we joke around in between sets but there have definitely been instances when I've hated him for pushing me so hard, but that's why people sign up for trainers, right!? The one thing I've noticed that definitely sets him apart from other trainers is when he's with you for the hour his entire focus is on his client. I've seen other trainers on their phone or chatting with other people while their client is working out and Brad has never stopped counting or guiding me through my sets. He is incredibly professional and I really appreciate his dedication to his clients. I'm really glad I signed up to train with Brad, if not for my own health and weight loss, but more for my new found healthier lifestyle that I intend on maintaining with his help. I highly recommend his services to anyone trying to improve themselves.

Brad was my personal trainer at Gold's Gym which I joined as part of their 3 month’s fitness challenge. This was my very first time that I had actually joined a gym at the age of 41. Being overweight and totally out shape; working with Brad I lost 42 pounds and actually ended up winning my age group. During this time I was able to cut down on body fat, gained muscles mass and felt amazing. It was a life changing event for me. Brad showed me how to use all the equipment around the gym, and provide the right technique to get the best benefit out of the exercises. Brad is an amazing coach who continues to encourage and lead you to a better self. I whole heartedly recommend Brad, he has the right attitude, attention and enthusiasm to change people’s lives.

Brad is an outstanding and incredibly motivating trainer! He does and amazing job of keeping me focused on my bodybuilding goals, and by applying the knowledge that he shares, I've managed to keep making gains without hitting frustrating plateaus. With so much mis-information out there (false marketing, gimmicks, etc.), it's really hard to wade through all the nonsense and achieve real results. Simply put, Brad knows how to cut through that BS and keep you focused on the "real deal" principles that get truly get you in great shape. If you get the chance to work with Brad then jump on it!!! He'll deliver more than "just pushing you for great workouts".... he'll lay the foundation for you to set challenging yet realistic goals, and from there, set the strategy (exercise and nutrition) for you to reach those goals. Thanks Brad!!!!!

He is an excellent trainer and helped me in my workouts doing the effective excercises and also doing the right way. He is very knowledgable about the body and I would recommend him to any of my friends. By far the best among the other trainers I had before.

I have worked out all my life and Brad was the first personal trainer I hired, after being trained by others (when he made a move to Austin :-( I can now confirm without a doubt he was the best. I saw results of course but the thing I mostly recall is his professionalism; respectful, on time, prepared and focused. I would recommend Brad without any hesitation.
