Introduction
Here at The Forge my primary focus is to simply make you a better, stronger version of yourself inside and out. My promise to you (promises are only as trustworthy as the issuer) is that I will give my ABSOLUTE 100% whether that’s during our 1-on-1 training sessions, online programming, nutrition questions, or just questions in-person or via text. Also, I can promise ZERO plateaus or stalling in our training which is something I’ve noticed this industry doesn’t say much about. If you do EVERYTHING I advise, you’ll get 100% of what was promised. You do 80%, you’ll receive half the results. Nothing makes me happier than seeing y’all succeed, thrive, and break boundaries you thought you had but really didn’t. This is why I do this, this is why you’ll make some of the best results you’ve ever made working with me.

Before working with Gio, I had terrible form and limited knowledge about working out. Gio goes beyond just a good workout- he teaches you the foundations, WHY and HOW each move is beneficial, and overall well being. In the year I’ve worked with him, I’ve seen a big change in my physical and mental state. I’m stronger and feel good. I can’t recommend Odom’s Forge enough. Anyone can put through a workout, but only a good trainer can really impact you. I’m excited to see even more growth!

I'm really lucky to work such a capable and encouraging coach as Gio. I started working with him around May of 2021, and joined Odin's Forge as one of the first members.
One of the best things about working with Gio, is how he tailors the training to meet your specific fitness goals, based on your specific strengths, weaknesses or other limitations such as injury.
Gio helped me overcome a back injury and address weaknesses and imbalances in my core. During October, 2021 to April, 2022, Gio focused my training around recovery from my injury and improving my form as well as core strength and bracing ability. During this 6 month window, I increased the lean muscle mass in my core/trunk by 4.7 lbs while reducing my body fat percentage from 28.4% to 24% as verified by DEXA scan performed at the Fitness Institute of Texas. Beyond the injury recovery, we also achieved functional strength increases on movements like my deadlift which is now higher than before my back injury.
Gio knows what he's doing, and his knowledge and first-hand experience with training is impressive. Besides his effectiveness as a coach, I am also very impressed by Gio's character, integrity and drive. He is wise beyond his age. Gio walks the walk when it comes to his applied knowledge of fitness and strength training. This is apparent not only in the results he gets for clients, but in his commitment to excellence in his own pursuits as a power lifting and strongman competitor.
Regardless of your fitness background, I would highly recommend Gio and Odin's Forge for helping you realize your fitness goals.

Gio is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works, this is very clear in his training. Working with him I’m able to do things I never thought possible. He explains things at the muscular level as well as in simple terms. I’ve learned so much in my time with him and can’t wait to learn more!
