Performed required by City of Houston structural engineering services for my courtyard masonry wall restoration. I had to have engineering seals on my project blueprints before the Permitting Center would issue my building permit. Anne and Joey met ALL commitments: appointment times, deliverables, delivery times, etc. They advised me that I did NOT need two services costing about $1000 that other engineers told me I had to have (obviously, the other engineers were padding their own pockets). So, put Anne and Joey down as honest in addition to being competent structural engineers. In addition, Anne and Joey were 1/3 of the price quoted to me by "name brand" engineering companies. Besides performing competent engineering services, Anne and Joey are delightful people; they are so easy to work with. What a treat it was to meet them and chat with them about my project. I do not give praise lightly or easily so it is a real pleasure for me to provide genuine, positive praise to a small can do local engineering firm.

Derby not only did the job but also fixed another issue with my patio... Definitely recommend him for the job.

I asked Aaron to put a door on the master bathroom and to strip and paint the front door which had bubbling paint. The door on the bathroom is excellent. It opens and closes very smoothly and he did an excellent job in making the door fit in what was a rather small space. The front door was nicely stripped of red paint and sanded, however the paint job on the door could have been a little smoother. Aaron is very personable and listens to how you would like the job done. He worked very hard on my job and was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. Over all, I was very pleased with Aaron's services and would hire him again should I need any other door work done

Maverick has been able to do whatever I needed both around the house and in my yard. He has been working on a sunroom addition as well. He’s always willing to do whatever needs to be done.

Clyde and his team communicated well with me through the whole process of re-painting our retail space. They came in and completed projects during closing hours and were able to complete the paint job, despite our very old building and several different wall materials. I would hire again.

Wade did a great job updating our porch. The porch was bowing and had rotting boards. He was able to fix the porch up so that we feel safe to use it again and it looks great too. I added on a few upgrades and he was able to go with the flow which I really appreciated!

Jose did a cement repair job for us and we asked him to look at our kitchen ceiling while here. He quoted a price and even though it was a harder job then any of us thought it would be he worked hard to get it fixed. It looks so much better! We would use Jose again for any of our home needs and repairs. I highly recommend Jose and his work.

TCS Renovation and Painting was excellent to work with from the start to the finish of my project. When Freddy came out to see what I was thinking for my project, he was thorough, taking pictures, making notes. He got an estimate to me within a day or so and the office kept in touch with me as I was waiting for financing for my project. It was easy to get a hold of Freddy with questions and the office was responsive to my emails and phone calls as the project was in progress. The builders that built my screened in porch were professional, courteous and easy to talk with. We collaborated on the decisions about details on my porch. I appreciated that they listened to my questions and ideas and offered suggestions but let me take the lead in deciding things like placement of the door, type of screening, etc. The whole process was very collaborative and I am THRILLED with the result. Working with TCS was the best experience I've had working with a contractor on a home improvement project.

Fernando did an excellent job in installing base boards and painting doors & all trims. His work and dealings were very professional and flexible to make additional modifications on request.

Salah did great work building out a new doorway where one didn’t exist, and closing up the old. With careful attention to detail, he matched the architecture of the previous doorway to make the final product look as if it had always been part of the home layout. Additionally, he helped with final design touches and installation of custom shelving in the newly created nook.
