Gene connected with my 16 year old son straight away and has expanded his range and confidence in only a few weeks. I definitely recommend him for short or long term voice lessons. Gene's experience and technique are top notch!
I am so glad that I got the opportunity to take lessons with Austin's Permiere Voice Lessons! I would definitely encourage people to take advantage!
Big Chirp was very helpful and speedy in finding a qualified person to teach voice lessons to our grand daughter. However, the child's mom is not ready to have lessons for her daughter--so we just have to wait until she is ready.
I have enrolled my 6 year old for violin lessons with Dolce Studio. Two Lessons and my son has taken a liking to the instrument and the teacher Ms.Emily is so encouraging & supportive. She knows how to draw out my son who can be very reluctant to try in the face of a difficult task. Thanks to the wonderful Brenda Bedell for all the initial ground work in setting up the violin teacher for us! Highly recommend the studio for music lessons.
I've taken 6 voice lessons with Kylah and couldn't be happier. As someone who was very self concious about my singing abilities she has created a very comfortable learning envrionment. The progress we have made in 6 lessons has been awesome.
We had a free trial with Kristen and she was amazing! She has a variety of games she does with the kids keeping them very entertained. The kids have fun while learning. The kids both learned a song on their first lesson! She is GREAT!
I have been taking guitar lessons from Nick recently, and he is great! Very patient and explains things in a way I can understand. Doesn't jump down your throat the way some instructors do. Know he also teaches voice and keyboard lessons, and believe they'd be a good bet too. I would definitely recommend him!!
Jay is one of the very best voice teachers you'll work with. His ear for finding vocal "problem areas" and building strength and musicality in the voice is something he's obviously honed over many years. Every time we worked together, he'd have me singing before the door even closed. He's very respectful of your time, and you'll definitely get your money's worth.
Deuce has an incredible understanding of music, which is exemplified by his ability to explain the abstract relationships in music in simple terms. In just one lesson he was able to help me understand chord structures and progressions in a way that has never felt as solid. It feels like putting key pieces of a puzzle into place to where you start to get an idea of what the picture is. 5 stars, highly recommend.
So far, and I haven't started my first lesson yet, they are very easy to work with and very flexible with my schedule.
As an adult starting piano lessons again after (eep!) 3 decades, I have to say that studying at McLaughlin School of Music has been a very gratifying experience. My teacher David Mesquitic has just the right touch. He is able to both encourage and challenge someone like me who has "just enough" knowledge to be dangerous but not enough to have mastered certain essential concepts for pop/jazz piano. Huge props to Matt McLaughlin as well. He has created a very warm and welcoming space in which to take lessons and definitely paired me with right teacher. I am thrilled to have found the McLaughlin School.
Theres truly no other teacher that even begins to compare to Annabeth. For starters, she knows nearly everything you will ever need to know about studying music and has tons of relatable stories from her years of experience in music. She can answer any question that you have, and never ceases to amaze me when she shares her talents in a lesson. You won't find anyone as qualified to teach you about music or life as Annabeth.
