Hiring April to update my resume' was a GREAT decision. She took my experience already reflected on my resume', in addition to my feedback, and turned it into a work of art! I didn't have a cover letter and she was proactive in asking if I needed or wanted one. Of course, after seeing my new resume', I quickly said "yes". Again, she did not disappoint. My cover letter (from scratch) put onto paper what I had in my head, but just couldn't put it in writing. I highly recommend hiring April if you need any type of resume' service! Hopefully, I won't need another resume' update, but if I do, I'm using April again for sure!

Ken at New Wave Resumes made my dreaded resume update an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I just relocated to Austin and needed a new polished resume to get started here. I contacted four other Resume Services before I found Ken, when we spoke on the phone he shared with me his background and invaluable experience as a recruiter, as well as his vision on what hiring coordinators are looking for in a resume these days. He said his work wasn't the old "Cookie Cutter" resume format but that he would create more of a "Stand Out" document that would capture attention right away - and he hit a homerun with mine! Emily tutored my 7th and 10th grade sons in reading comprehension and writing. She did an outstanding job, she was very patient with both boys, especially the 7th grader that hates to read. Their grades improved significantly. She started tutoring both boys together only once a week but we increased to twice a week, each of them individually for 90 minutes. If they had special assignments or reports to write, Emily made herself available to work with them above their regular tutoring sessions. She was always very professional and a joy to have around. She got to know the boys and worked with them based on their interests - she is an amazing tutor. I would highly recommend her.
