When I searched for a personal trainer on Thumbtack I quickly received a response from Michael. He was thorough in assessing my needs and I 've committed to personal training for 1year. He's so knowledgeable since he holds a degree in Exercise Physiology. He even designed s meal plan for me!Apr 14, 2016Verified

Taking the time to juggle a busy schedule, eat right and work out can be very difficult. I'd been trying to do that on my own but I just kept giving up. Then I met mike. Mike has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals. From the first time I met him I realized he's amazing and that I just had to have him help me! He's not your typical trainer. He's more of a guide. He has so much knowledge about fitness and truly cares about his client's goals! He will teach you how easy it is to burn fat and he's even made me a complimentary meal plan! Mike is fun, genuine and really knows his stuff. If you're needing that extra push and motivation to reach your summer goals- mike can help you! P.S- he leads by example & is in tip-top shape!Apr 17, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? As long as you can establish a budget you'd be able to invest into yourself monthly, we can make it happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A detailed fitness assessment that will gauge your strengths and weaknesses as well as give our team an idea of who we feel that you will work best with. Having that trainer to client connection is something that we really aim to achieve when giving the initial assessment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Think about this one question "Is the person telling you what you want to hear, or what you need to be hearing?" Check for credentials. Always.
