- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $39 per hour. We can prioritize our task list per your needs and then cap the amount of time on the job to fit your budget. We prefer to finish the job to our high standards but understand you would like a fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what your needs are. The cleaning needs to fix what you want taken care of most while still taking the time and attention to cover the details needed to make your home shine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company manages all of the cleanings and pre-move in preparations for Team W Properties corporate apartments. Our job is to make guests walk in and say "wow" when they arrive. I want you to say "wow" when you come home!
