The areas that were most important to me — especially the floors, stovetop, and bathrooms — turned out great. The stovetop and toilet especially looked amazing, and the home smelled fresh and clean afterward.
There were a few small areas that were missed, such as a baseboard here and there, a ceiling fan that needed dusting, and some dust on a shelf. However, when I contacted APEX about the concerns, they responded quickly, offered to come back out and take care of the missed items and provided a discount.
Mistakes can happen, but what stood out to me was how professionally they handled everything. Their customer service and willingness to make things right are top tier. I would absolutely recommend APEX Cleaners.
