- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We base our pricing on the type of cleaning, the square footage of the house, and the frequency of service. The cost to clean a 1500 square ft. house is less than cleaning a 4000 square ft. house. It takes less time to clean a smaller space. The cost of services is less as the frequency of services increases. For example if your house is 4000 square ft and you want it cleaned 2 times per month your cleaning cost will be less than if you only want it cleaned 1 time per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will do a walk through if you request it. We will typically set up a date and time for service. Prior to the cleaning date we will send you our Customer Data Sheet, Cleaning Checklist (which outlines what will be cleaned in each room). This is your opportunity to communicate your needs by adding, changing, or modifying the outlined cleaning routine. We can provide you with a fair price and a quality cleaning without a walkthrough. We think this practice of a walkthrough is used by companies to inflate the cost of their services. Our goal is to understand what you want cleaned, clean it well, and do it a fair and reasonable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My wife Angie and I own this business. We are a local and family owned cleaning company. Angie has 20 years of residential cleaning experience. She has worked at a Franchise cleaning company as a Trainer and Quality Assurance manager. She left the franchise to establish her own cleaning company, which she has done successfully. She has built relationships with her customers which are based on trust, work ethic, and attention to detail. She has forged lasting relationships with them some of which are 15 years or longer. My background is Business Management and Customer Service. I have been managing people, processes, and providing excellent customer service for over 20 years.
