We communicated through the site and I did not have to wait more than an hour for a response. I am working from home and needed someone to come on Saturday. No problem, she was right on time. Very professional and very friendly. Went right to work minute she came in. I must say I was extremely happy, spotless, smells so clean and everything right back to where it was. She will be coming often to clean for me. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
