I used Mark Fuqua for tax preparation services. I am self-employed and Mark used mileage deductions, Office in the Home deductions, etc. in addition to regular business deductions to help reduce my taxes. He checked my accounting and found mistakes that benefited me and taught me how to keep better records and how to record my transactions properly. He travels to my office which is included in his charges which are very reasonable....a lot cheaper than a firm like H&R Block which makes you bring everything in to them. I plan on letting Mark help me set up a limited liability company and having him do the corporate return and do payroll for that company. I am very satisfied with his services.

Ana has helped me with my taxes for over 4 years and I will say this; I have had other companies to do my taxes, but Ana has really helped me out. She gave me insight on what to do and not what to do on my taxes. Her prices are right where I can afford. The other companies was outrageous. Ana is a people person and she does all she can to help you out with your taxes. She will give you advice on your taxes and will be a middle person between you and IRS. She also takes her time and make sure everything is done correctly. If you want someone who cares and will not charge you an arm and a leg Ana is the one. She also provides accounting, bookkeeping, set-up of businesses, ledgers, payroll and business consulting. She knows how to assist you through an audit.

I own a transportation company in Cebteal California Taxes and payroll for the drivers and employees is not easy at all in this business. I was behind 4 months because I couldn’t find a good payroll accountant. I was referred the MFS by a friend. I set up an appointment and spoke with the accounting consultant over the phone and sent her some documents. I understood each other quickly and I got the feeling this firm is really customer service and results oriented. The fire 3 days after our meeting they fixed my employee payroll taxes and caught me up on all my filings. Now we do biweekly payroll. I sent it through email and get it back within 2 hours. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality service. They are the key to any small business success.

These services were very helpful to me! I operate a non-profit with many hats to wear, so having someone oversee and help me with the bookkeeping was very very helpful. I was directed as to what reports my board of directors would most likely need and want as well as just the oversight of all the daily transactions. Plus she is a great teacher, very organized and has an administrative gift. The only thing that could have been better was my having a budget to afford a permanent position for her. I'm still going to work toward that.
