- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we offer several options for our clients, there is not a standard pricing system. Although we do closely following local and traditional pricing "systems", we do have the ability to deviate if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to find out what the goal of our client is. Then, we look at some options and begin building a great relationship with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark and Brandy are both Licensed Real Estate Salespersons. Brandy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Metrotex Association of Realtors. Brandy begin working as a real estate appraisal assistant as a teenager and has been involved in real estate since. Mark has held multiple licenses and certificates that were related to his past construction career, which he began as a teenager.
