WOW! What an experience! Its not often I sit down to write a review on companies we use for one reason or another, however, after the incredible experience we had with APPLE ROOFING, it would be an absolute disservice to them if we did not take the time to share. Back in April, 2026 an incredibly destructive hail storm left our home in a tattered mess, complete with broken windows, destroyed gutters, crumbled siding, plants ripped to shreds, an above ground swimming pool riddled with holes the size of golf balls, and a roof that would no longer be sustainable in protecting our homes integrity. After that disastrous storm, surely another impending rain fall would cause even more damage since our home was already so seriously compromised. We had heard many good things about APPLE ROOFING through the grapevine and we immediately reached out. Company partner, Logan Graff was Johnny-On-The-Spot and addressed our needs literally right away. He sat us down and explained the upcoming process, complete with the initial assessment, the insurance procedures, repair timeline, any popup obstacles to possibly expect, billing, and finally the much anticipated completion process. It was impressive watching Logan and APPLE ROOFING get right to work and so quickly. Logan thoroughly walked our property inch by inch taking well over 400+ photos and recording audio notes in the process. He shared with us, in detail his findings via audio text messaging as well as email. He was available at all times to discuss any questions we had and definitely made us feel important and valuable. It was evident his main concern and goal was to keep us, his client, always informed, happy, and completely satisfied in all ways. Not only was Logan concerned with our needs throughout the entire process, start to finish, but on the day of the roof install, he was present at our home the entire day to make sure his teams needs were met as well. Needs that included any necessary last-minute supplies, water coolers to be continuously filled, lunch to be provided, errands to be ran or just basic assistance to be provided when necessary. His physical presence throughout that very important day showed me that not only does he care about my home and the finished product, but he also cares about the people helping make that happen. Their physical needs were right up there in priority making me not at all surprised that his employee tenure is certainly secure and solid! Speaking of his staff, they are certainly the hardest working group of men and women I have ever seen. ALWAYS there first thing in the morning, working through that miserable Texas Summer heat with minimal breaks, having an extreme attention to detail, taking their time to make sure all is completed correctly and with NO shortcuts, and leaving at the end of an amazingly productive day. Its not often I see that level of integrity and hard work these days and it was certainly noted. And the work itself is beautiful!!! NOT sloppy, NOT clumsy, VERY detailed, and once the roof was installed, the after cleanup was amazing! No debris, no trash, no messes whatsoever!!! The most impressed we were had to do with Logans ability and expertise with the insurance process. It was because of this back and forth, patient and professional negotiations between Logan and the insurance company that the claim took as long as it did, but my goodness, was it worth it! Logan allowed us to receive well more than we were expecting from our insurance company and it was because of his perseverance and continued efforts that any of it was possible! This company, APPLE ROOFING, definitely represented our family in such an impeccable way and we are beyond satisfied! We urge anyone in need of exterior repairs, to your home for any reason whatsoever to reach out to Logan and APPLE ROOFING! YOU WILL NOT regret it!

Logan Graff was our primary contact and did an outstanding job. He get us updated on a daily basis with both via email as well as videos. At the conclusion of the project he provided drone videos of the finished product.

The work was performed quickly and very well. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly as well. I am very satisfied with the roof and gutters. They will also be replacing siding, which I expect will go just as well.
