I would definitely recommend Mighty Dog if you need to replace your roof. They were careful, precise and so accommodating. We've owned our house for 15+ years, so I've dealt with a lot of home service providers, but was holding out on our roof for the right time and right professional. I wasn't disappointed. We especially loved working with Shannon, who made it all as easy and painless as possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free drone inspections and an independent assessment of your roof powered by artificial intelligence. If there's an issue with your roof, we'll find it. We'll then plan out your roofing project together and customize it to your specific needs. Based on this, an honest, no surprises estimate will be provided to you for you to make an informed decision about your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on being on time, courteous, professional, and operate with the highest level of integrity. We also use the latest in drone technology and artificial intelligence to inspect every square inch of your roof for potential damage.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
According to the BBB, for the last 10 years running, roofing contractors are the #1 least trusted among all home contractors. I completely understand why. Years ago, I had my own bad experience with a roofing contractor who improperly installed my roof. When I went to sell the home several years later, it failed a roofing inspection. The roofing company refused to take responsibility for their mistake so I paid out of pocket for a new roof in order to move forward with selling the home. Ouch.
Mighty Dog Roofing is completely different. We are a company that treats people with the respect they deserve by showing up on time, by doing what they say they’ll do, and communicating throughout the process.
