Frank Vitale and the Priority Roofing team are top notch. Frank worked with me to get the products I wanted installed at a price I was comfortable with. They fully tarped the perimeter of my house making cleanup much easier. They replaced 38 squares of Class 4 hail resistant shingles in one day. The crew was very professional and they had an English speaking project manager on site the entire time. They combined that with some great drone shots of my roof too! I was very pleased with the final results and highly recommend both Frank Vitale and the Priority Roofing team!

I met Frank while we were walking our kids to school, after several weeks, we talked about what we do… One morning Frank asked if anyone had ever checked our roof. I said, “no and honestly wasn’t too worried about it.” He started explaining what to look for and offered to take a quick look. After checking it out, he helped us understand what needed to be done and even walked us through the whole insurance process. It was actually a really easy experience—well, as easy as getting a new roof can be!
I was also thinking about switching to a metal roof so I wouldn’t have to replace it as often. Frank sat down with me a few times to go over the differences between metal and asphalt, the pros and cons, and what would make the most sense for our home.
What I really liked is that Frank never made it feel like a sales pitch. He takes the time to get to know you and really cares about helping people, not just selling something. Definitely recommend him!
