We offer affordable base packages with no hidden fees, and we’re happy to provide custom quotes based on your specific needs. Discounts are available for non-profit organizations, startups, and returning clients. We also occasionally offer promotional pricing or seasonal discounts, so feel free to ask if any are currently available. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work that fits within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation—either via phone, video call, or email—where we discuss your goals, vision, and specific requirements for the project. Once we agree on the scope, I provide a detailed proposal or quote. After approval and deposit, I begin work on design and development, sharing updates and drafts for your feedback at each stage. Revisions are included to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations. Once you're fully satisfied, we finalize the project and launch. Ongoing support is also available if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in web design and development, supported by both formal education and hands-on experience. I’ve completed specialized training in modern web technologies, user experience (UX) design, and content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. Over the years, I’ve also stayed up to date through continuous learning and real-world projects, which have helped me develop practical skills in branding, graphic design, and digital marketing.
