- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is available for simple cakes and desserts: 6" cake is $20 8" cake is $35 Cake balls are $1 each Cake pops are $1.50 each Decorated sugar cookies using two colors are $2 each
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer via phone or email to find out exactly what they need. After that, I send them some ideas and pricing. Then they let me know which option they would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate in Pastry Arts. I am a certified Pastry Chef. I have worked in bakeries around Dallas and at the SMU Catering kitchen.
