Lori has been our pet sitter for almost 10 years now and is wonderful! She always takes great care of our fur kids and you can tell she really loves our dogs!

Lori has been my pet sitter for many years. I take at least one cruise a year (some for 2 weeks) as well as occasional short trips. She kept my previous poodle that died at almost 17 for many years and was so good with her in her older years, When she died Lori brought me flowers! She often does things over and above for me and my pet. She once made her a treat jar! She now sits for my 5 yr old poodle. This dog is very needy with separation anxiety and Lori does a great job with her as well and she has done well with me being gone. It really helps leaving them in their familiar surroundings being well cared for. Lori also takes good care of my house and bringing in my mail and/or anything else I need her to do. It allows me to travel with peace of mind knowing Lori is taking great care of my dog and house. Definitely much better than boarding them!

We have been using Lori's service for 6 + years, she is wonderful.
She is an excellent business person and truely wonderful to our cat.
I'd recommend her to anyone that wants their pets to have the best care when you are away

Lori is THE BEST!! She is wonderful with my dog, and extremely flexible with me and my ever-changing schedule. I don't know what we'd do without her. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Lori for over 12 years. Over the years, she has many times gone above and beyond for me and my dogs.
Recently, she has hired associates who she uses for her daily visits and all of my overnight visits.
Prior to my most recent out of town vacation, I installed a Pet Cam without informing Lori or her associate. The agreed schedule was one daily visit per day and overnight visits which were agreed as 8 pm to 8:30 am.
I was able to view the cam live streaming online. The first night the associate arrived at 9 pm, paid very little attention to my dogs, and left at 7:40 am. When I received the daily update the note said that she left my house at 8:20.
The second night, she arrived at 8:20 and was so engrossed in a phone call which was on speaker phone, that she paid no attention to my great dane who was standing next to her asking for attention. She went on and on over the phone about how she had received a $200 bonus check from a client who she thought should give it to her anyway because she could afford it. She then went on to discuss with her phone friend how the daily update was going to be worded so it didn t let the client know that no one actually went to the pet sit that day. The conversation then continued with a discussion of why I had been questioning the arrival and departure time and they both wondered if I had a camera. At which time, Oh my God! She has one, and it s looking right at me . That went on into how she didn t notice it the day before and how f*&%^cked she was. By this time, my dane boy had already given up and gone to his room.
The next morning, the associate was gone by 7 am.
When I called Lori to report what was going on at my house, she defended the associate. I asked her to get my keys back and not let her back in my house. I also demanded that she correct the situation and have someone else stay with my dogs overnight for the last 2 nights.
To correct the situation, Lori called a friend of mine (who is not employed by her) and asked her to come by my house for 2 visits (un paid) and she left my 2 great danes in my house alone for the last 2 nights I was gone.
When I finally arrived home, I called Lori, emailed, and sent texts, asking to meet with her and discuss the situation. I received an email stating that I needed to find a new pet sitter, then received a check in the mail for the amount that I had overpaid for the services.
Lori, as owner of the company, didn t take responsibility for the actions of her associates, and didn t take care of my pets as agreed to before my departure. She left them vulnerable in my home for 2 nights, and defended the actions of her employees.
After all of these years, I have found a new pet sitter, and would never recommend Lori s Loving Pet Sitting to anyone.
