From the call to set up the appointment, Maria handled my questions professionally, but with that "old time warmth". I was amazed how quickly they were able to set the appointment up. Darryl, the technician, came with a genuine smile & positive attitude. He answered my questions, cleaned my dryer vent & even vacuumed under the dryer & floor....quickly & efficiently. Wonderful experience...I've found a keeper in this company--highly recommend their services.
