Nikita promptly responded to my initial work request, despite being passed business hours. He also arrived right on time. I hired Nikita to replace a tub/shower spout with diverter. And he totally delivered, despite facing a few hiccups. Nikita then noticed the shower system was leaking. He went above and beyond to ensure nothing leaked before he called it a day. These leaks had been a source of stress cause I hated feeling like I was wasting water. Thank you Nikita!! Showering is now a stress-free experience.
