- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our services is unique to every job completed. We use industry standard costs on jobs covered by insurance. The costs are typically billed directly to the insurance company. Out-of-pocket jobs are priced based on how much labor, equipment and consumables we expect to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by collecting a customer's information, including their phone, address and email. Based on services needed, we will set an estimate appointment in which we will provide a scope of work. Once accepted and approved, we book a date to complete the work needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are IICRC certified to manage any water, smoke and fire damage jobs. For mold remediation, our technicians are state mold licensed through TDLR.
