I only trust Kim with Animal House to care for my dog and home when I travel. Kim is so WONDERFUL with animals- easy to see how much she loves her job! She has stayed in my home over extended times while we were out of the country and shorter weekend trips. I TRULY TRUST her to take care of my home and sweet dog while I am away!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. Each job is different with individual needs etc....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone and cover any questions. Then, I like to go to the house and meet the customer and pets to make sure we are a good fit. If we both agree it is a good fit we then schedule the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed an extra income which had some flexibility. I love animals so it was the perfect choice!
